By booking at Al Duomo, you confirm your acceptance of the following;
Bookings of 4 or more require a bank/credit card to secure the reservation.
Online bookings receive a confirmation email shortly after booking. If this is not received, please contact us ASAP.
Bookings of 15 or more required on the day or within 48 hours, please call the restaurant directly. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the booking otherwise. (Please see Group Booking Pre-Order T&C’s). Tel: 01273 326741

LATE ARRIVALS & CANCELLATIONS
If you are running late, we hold your table for up to 30 minutes. Please notify us as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel or amend the number of guests, 24 hours’ minimum notice is required. As it is not always possible to increase the size of the party, please call the restaurant directly.
To avoid a late cancellation or no-show fee of £10 per guest, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
Late cancellation or no-show fees are processed no later than 24 hours after the booking.
GROUP BOOKINGS & PRE-ORDERS
Pre-Orders are required for groups of 15 or more. A pre-order form will be sent within 48 hours of booking & should be returned no less than 3 days before the reservation.
Set Menus are available on request. These can be tailored to suit your specific needs.
Menus are subject to change including price increases. It is advisable to view our current menus online prior to visiting the restaurant. www.alduomo.co.uk.
If a specific dining area has been assigned to your booking, we reserve the right to move the location of your table if the number increases or decreases in your party. We also reserve the right to seat other bookings within the allocated area where tables are not in use.

ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please notify us of allergies or food intolerances when booking & with the server once at your table.
We are accepting card payments only.
All food & drink prices are inclusive of VAT.
A 12.5% service charge is added to your final bill.
Our main restaurant area is fully accessible to wheelchair users. If additional space is required, please mention this when booking.
Our terrace area is seated on first come first serve basis & cannot be booked.
Pets are welcome on our outside terrace & designated areas of the restaurant. This is always at the manager’s discretion & is based upon seating at the time of dining. Please mention this when booking.
Property left unattended is done so at the owner’s risk. We accept no responsibility for any loss of or damage to your personal property.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings in the event of any circumstances arising out of our control. We will do our very best to notify all bookings by phone or email.
